General Overview
The 3rd International Virtual Course (IVC) is a program organized by the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB). This Summer School program offers opportunities for anyone wishing to undertake short-term study while learning about Indonesia’s business and management landscape.
This three to four-week hybrid program provides you with the opportunity to study a new subject and meet people to enhance your new connection. We have scheduled the online and on-site program to run in a manner that participants from different time zones will be able to take part in the program. This interesting program includes not only the academic sessions, but at the same time, we ensure to give you a taste of the various cultures as well!
About Bandung
The city of Bandung has an area of around 16,730 ha with a population of 2,6 million in 2019. The age structure of the population of Bandung City is prominent in higher education (2-24 years) or early working age, which means that the number of people with productive age is relatively large and this is the basic capital for development.
The city of Bandung is the capital of West Java province. In this city a number of important histories were recorded, including the establishment of the first technical college in Indonesia (Bandung Institute of Technology – ITB), location of the battleground during the independence period, and also the venue for the 1955 Asia Africa Conference.
