As one of the country’s tools to influence, every country needs to develop its distinctiveness, making the country associable with a specific value. Thus, a country needs to create and communicate its distinctiveness compared to other countries. To do so, the government must groom a specific industry supporting this purpose by developing an ecosystem that includes the development of related and supporting industries, industry supervision to ensure fair competition, nurturing factors conditions, and demand conditions.
